Withdraw RAPEL balance from RAPEL Portal

We apologize for the closure of RAPEL services in several areas. For those of you who want to withdraw your RAPEL balance but are outside the RAPEL operational area, you can withdraw your RAPEL balance via the RAPEL Portal
The method is as follows:
- Open the URL address https://portal.rapel-id.com in your browser
- Please log in with your RAPEL account
- Select the Disbursement menu and enter the amount you want to disburse
- Enter the OTP code sent to your cellphone number
- Please open your GoPay to find out whether the RAPEL balance has been successfully disbursed
